Dear Friends,
This 2nd edition of the Virardi Newsletter is also packed with interesting articles and product launches, as well as new projects completed by Virardi in the whole of Cyprus.
Our 1st edition was an instant success with numerous customers and various other people writing to congratulate us on our Internet site and especially on our Newsletter.
Last but not least, I would like to urge all of you to write back to me personally at michael@virardi.com with any suggestions, ideas and inquiries that you might have.

As you might have noticed on various SuperAdds of our main Cyprus highway that connects Nicosia - Limassol and Paphos, Virardi is proud to present its new logo:
The 3 Virardi Chefs that for 30 and so years have been the focus of attention have been integrated into the name as 1 Chef. The 1 Chef, that is the Virardi Chef, is displaying the letter A in the VirArdi equation.

VIRARDI GOES 3D
In an effort to upgrade our services to you, our valued customers, we have introduced new technologies here at Virardi.
Our Technical Department, headed by Mr. Philip Efthivoulou and Mrs Shiona Christou, ( Catering Co-ordinator ) have introduced and installed the Microstation and AutoCad Software. This Software together with our expertise allows our customers to visualize their future “dream” on a 3-dimensional basis.

VIRARDI SPONSORS GALA DINNER
On January 25th, 2003 the World Association of Cooks Societies held their Gala Diner at the Coral Beach Hotel & Resort, Paphos. It was a three day event that drew celebrities ( especially Executive Chefs ) from all over Europe and Cyprus.
This important event, for our chefs and for Cyprus, was sponsored by Virardi.

NEW FACE AT VIRARDI
Michael Zannetos is the new face here at Virardi. His challenge: to combine his knowledge and experience as a Chef and help our customers build value and increase sales through his menu consultancy and through his advice. A two day seminar was held for City Spa, Limassol at the Amathus Hotel, Limassol by Virardi. Michael R. Virardi lectured on the subjects of Customer Service, Differentiation and Telephone Personality.

VIRARDI GOES BACK TO COLLEGE
Mr. Philip Efthivoulou ( pictured above, far left-hand corner ), Technical Manager of Virardi, has given a lecture on Kitchen Design / Layout and "HACCP" at the Intercollege in Larnaca. Mr. Costas Michael ( right-hand corner ), lecturer at the Intercollege, was kind enough to invite Virardi to lecture on January 17th, 2003 at Intercollege premises in Larnaca.
